I wanted to remind everyone about the mentoring seminar we are having THIS Saturday, feb. 27th.
I have had a few questions about what is happening, so I will just confirm with everyone...
We will start our first session at 2:30PM. This will run for about an hour and will give us some insight on the philosophy of mentoring, why people need it, and the shifts in culture over the last couple decades.
Then we will have a 30 min coffee break put on by the lovely Beverly Caron.
This will be followed by about an hour and a half of interactive learning on how to mentor.
I hope everyone can make it, and if you haven’t signed up come anyways.
A couple notes:
-There will be babysitting but please let me know if you need it.
-If you have time, please bring a food dish, as we will dine together afterwards for those who wish to stay and hang or ask questions with Iona Snair, our teacher.
-She is doing this for FREE, so we will have a donation box available for those who wish to give. |
